    Senior Technicien - Security System Specialist

    What we're looking for :

    Professional skills

  • Diagnose physical or virtual installation problems
  • Remotely troubleshoot software and client network issues via LogMeIn, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Connection or VPN
  • Provide, document and implement solutions to problems encountered
  • Program the different elements such as cameras and access readers in the different platforms we sell
  • Support the installation technicians in their technical problems
  • Train and assist end-users for a multitude of software platforms (Milestone; Gallagher; Brivo; Eagle Eye; Nedap, etc.)

    Service Dispatcher

    Job Description:

    Maintain the service technicians daily scheduled and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.

    Daily Tasks

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Schedule and coordinate all service calls as they are received
  • Create dispatch tickets for all service calls and assign team accordingly
  • Debrief Technicians after the completion of each call
  • Contact customers with a “Parts Pending” status as parts are received for scheduling
  • Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customer utilizing the pending work log
  • Forecast workload for team for at least one-week in advance
  • Maintain customer history files in database
  • General administration tasks and assistance to Accounting department

  • Performance Indicators

    Certain key business indicators that will measure the effectiveness of the Service Dispatcher. These include the following:

  • Degree to which unproductive labor or lost time is minimized
  • Number of customer complaints due to scheduling
  • Number of return trips/call backs due to scheduling inefficiencies
  • Accuracy of customer history files. Filing of service orders
  • Timeliness of billing information to accounting

    Sales Executive

    Main Responsibilities include

    Main Responsibilities include

  • Organize and supervise purchasing activities
  • Place material orders and follow up with suppliers
  • Maintain records of submissions received, price lists and orders in progress
  • Research and find original and alternative approaches to delivery problems

    Main Responsibilities include
