Job Description

Sales Executive - IP Camera and Access Control

Main Responsibilities include

  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients
  • Conduct site surveys and evaluations to provide the best solutions for various projects
  • Create and submit project proposals
  • Coordinate and manage site installations by ordering and reviewing orders; supplies, and tools; scheduling installations
  • Plan installations by surveying and evaluating locations, identifying installation requirements, laying-out equipment and wiring plan
  • Stay current on new technology
  • Maintain secure work environment by following safe practices; keep security information confidential

Job Description

Purchasing & Dispatch Clerk

Hours

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Salary

35 000$ per year (Negotiable based on experience)

Must be perfectly bilingual, written and spoken (French & English)

Parking available on-site


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize and supervise purchasing activities
  • Place material orders and follow up with suppliers
  • Maintain records of submissions received, price lists and orders in progress
  • Research and find original and alternative approaches to delivery problems
  • Find technological equivalence alternatives if the initial product is not available
  • Works closely with accounting by providing them with the information needed to pay certain bills
  • Organize paperwork to ensure full back-up of orders (PO; Order Confirmation; Packing List & Supplier Invoice)
  • Maintenance of business relations with suppliers
  • Performs inventory management
  • Update price lists
  • Maintain inventory records in AcombaX to link with Accounting Department
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Plan and coordinate service calls
  • Assign service calls to the teams
  • Receive the technicians report after each service calls
  • Follow up with the pending projects using the proper programs
  • Anticipate the teams appointments at least a week in advance
  • Update the clients’ file historye


    QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the purchasing field or dispatch (Preferably in the security or IT industry);
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to a variety of situations;
  • Sense of analysis, sense of organization and planning;
  • Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, rigor and thoroughness;
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects at once;
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite

Accounting Clerk

Hours

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Invoicing and account receivable collecting
  • Account payable processing and check emitting
  • Daily check deposit and end of month reconciliation
  • Preparing and processing the pay with external company
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports
  • Daily cash flow monitoring
  • Budget monitoring
  • Expense accounts and credit card monitoring
  • Production of any necessary report


    QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in bookkeeping
  • DEC in accounting or more
  • A good knowledge of Excel and ideally of AcombaX
  • Perfectly bilingual English-French
