What is a Real-Time Guard Tour System?
REAL-TIME GUARD is a LIVE online guard tour system based on NFC, Beacon and QR-code tags use. The staff scans tags placed on locations and assets and the Monitoring Center gets informed in real-time about incidents and events. Any time a QR-code, NFC tag or Beacon is scanned, the information is sent to the REAL-TIME GUARD Web application via a cloud server and the staff takes immediate control on buildings and locations all over the world.

Each agent conducting a guard tour is armed with a unique technology. He can now manage all of his work via his smartphone and complete guard tours in total control of occurring incidents. Inspections and guard tours are enhanced with the ability to attach pictures, voice messages, notes and signatures to the scanned items. In addittion, the security staff (security guards, workers etc.) can inform immediately the facility managers who are responsible for monitoring assets and locations.

    Man Down Functionality


    One of the major concerns of any security guard company is to ensure guards’ safety and protect them against dangerous situations and urgent alerts. Tracking and monitoring can help with that, but what if a guard comes up against a situation without being able to send an alert or reach the managing staff through his smartphone?

    Here comes automation! When a guard falls, slips or faces an instant attack or an urgent physical disease, automation is the key to ensure his maximum protection and immediate response to the alert. REAL-TIME GUARD ensures protection of Guards and Lone Workers through Man Down functionality. Using the Man Down functionality, the Monitoring Center can be alerted of any urgent situation, even if the Guards don't have the chance, capability and/or the time to send a “SOS“ event!

    How Man Down works?
    The core of the Man Down functionality relies on the movement of the clip device. A clip is the easiest way to attach a Bluetooth sensor on a guard. The sensor will then track the guard’s movement in real-time and will interact with the smartphone by sending the appropriate metrics to assure when the user has fallen down to the ground.
