    Job Description

    Sales Executive - IP Camera and Access Control

    Main Responsibilities include

    • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
    • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients
    • Conduct site surveys and evaluations to provide the best solutions for various projects
    • Create and submit project proposals
    • Coordinate and manage site installations by ordering and reviewing orders; supplies, and tools; scheduling installations
    • Plan installations by surveying and evaluating locations, identifying installation requirements, laying-out equipment and wiring plan
    • Stay current on new technology
    • Maintain secure work environment by following safe practices; keep security information confidential
    • Stay current on new technology.
    • Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for new requests and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
    • Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
    • Keep management informed by submitting progress reports, such as weekly call sheets and work plans, monthly and annual territory analysis
    • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
    • Recommend changes in products, service, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments
    • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

    • Minimum 3 years sales experience

    • Verify the system functions properly by testing equipment, connections, and signals; identify and correct problems

    • Must be bondable and undergo a basic security clearance.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
    • Basic computer skills.
